To a respectful person. If you can change from anger to peace, bias to acceptance, selfish to cooperation, craziness to understanding... However you already knew the answer from the very beginning. You still made this decision just to sacrifice. I hope history be history forever and never repeat in another version.

如果可以少一點涙氣,多一點詳和,少一點偏見,多一點體諒,少一點自私,多一點合作,少一點狂莽,多一點容納,會否好一點。雖然改變不了,但從妳作出決定的那一天,我相信妳心中巳預計了。妳犧牲了身邊為妳担心的人,卻貢獻給為妳流涙的大衆,給一個尊敬的偉人。願歷史不再異地重演。

專注與多變
有人選擇以畢生精力專注做好一件事,作一個專家;有人選擇不斷求變以豐富畢生經驗,作一個開荒牛實驗家。選擇因人而異,亦沒有對與錯的定論。任何制度,總有跟從者及叛逆者。就是這樣,一樣米可以養出百樣人,而不是倒模式的遙控人。
To specialize in one thing as a specialist or to diversify in many things as a experimenter, it's definitely one's personal choice and need. No one can tell you the exact outcome you can get but only you yourself can know what you want to get. No matter how the law or system to be, we will have obedient followers and creative betrayers. Because of this phenomena, we got million kinds of interesting people in the world but not remotely controlled dummy without soul.

環境與品牌
介乎環境訊息指引設計及廣告學上的品牌推廣,兩者絕對有相互關系。前者為實事求事的資訊設計,後者為建立及推廣品牌的形象設計。當整體環境視作為一個地標品牌的同時,如何令一組出類拔萃的建築物加添形象,全賴能配合環境而設的標誌徽號及文字訊息設計。對使用者而言,環境建築是形而上學的印象記憶,而於環境中出現的圖象文字,則是日常可溝通性的實際工具,為整體環境配上實在而可理解性的鮮明形象,令地標品牌更容易深入民心。亦因本身巳建立的良好形象,從而令附屬的品牌形象得以提升。所以一個成功的環境形象及設計,亦是一個有利的宣傳媒體。
Branding an Environment and Environmental Branding should be inter-related. An sustainable and outstanding architecture, landscape and environment should be a memorable landmark to the public. Environmental Graphics definitely helps to enhance the environmental image and make it more easily memorable and understandable to the general public. In the mean time of promoting a good image of an environment, it is also building a good environmental media to promote all dependent brands.

六觀策略
在多倫多設計界的一位資深前輩John Furneaux曾提及市場學的Five Senses策略,完全滿足目標客戶對產品的感觀接收力,亦將推廣產品從平面及立體的媒體引伸至不同層次的想象空間。有趣的是在這Five Senses策略進行的同時,不經意地挑起了個別接收者的第六感應,產生了意料之外的訊息,但絕對是個人對某件物品的情意結。我們與生倶來的五觀,除了為我們接收大衆共同認知的意識,亦為我們搜攞不同片段的記憶,為第六感覺的配對過程中,提供了有趣的元素,豐富了我們的想象力。但在擁有無限想象力的同時,我們的視覺、聽覺、嗅覺、味覺、觸覺如何主導我們的思覺而不至思想紊亂,接收錯誤的訊息,那在於個人的分析力。
In one of the professional seminars in Toronto, Mr John Furneaux mentioned the marketing strategy of Five Senses. It's a very interesting topic and a very powerful strategy in marketing to bring traditional media into another possible level. The most interesting thing is that this marketing strategy via our sight, smell, hearing, taste and touch triggers our imaginations, memories and feelings on specific objects. It's very personal and unpredictable. Our sixth sense - thought and feeling built from the memories of our five senses. However, how can we receive the right marketing message through the channels of our five senses - sight, smell, hearing, taste and touch - but not being misled by our sixth sense - personal perception, feeling and thought, it depends on the "way" the receiver put them together.

解讀篇
同一內容,不同的人在不同的思維,有不同的頜悟。有人以對人亦對事的辯解法,意思因人而異,有正面思維邏輯及反面思維邏輯,任隨尊便。有人用普衆法,以大衆理解為依歸,個人原因不作考慮。有人用單一目標明暸法,只有你知我知無人明,理解程式絕對solo,亦無從稽考,旁觀者就算費寢忘餐,亦只有落得一場空,怪的只有自己好管閒事,費時失事。就是這樣,我們活在資訊中,卻迷失於溝通。請問何解?請直言。
It's so funny that we are living in a world full of information but we're lost in communication. A simple content can be understood differently by different people with different thoughts. Some people are having positive thinking but some are having negative thinking. Some are romantic thinker to beautify every meaning. Some are disastrous thinker to horrify every meaning. It's the freedom of personal choice. Some people choose to follow general understanding and no ego's interference. Some people use single channel transmission, only receiver can understand. On-looker can only be gossiper to consume personal time and energy but never get a hint. However, why do you need to know? It's the real question.

我的女兒

我的女兒 Cally 巳四歲半了,今年聖誕沒有什麼送給她,就只有送了一點苦澀的生活磨練及活得開心的智慧,我們都是凡人,煩人煩事,無聊人無聊事,總是多籮籮,亦不明所以,這是自由意願,有人選擇作無聊人作無聊事,有人選擇作自家的人做自家的事,凡事總要看輕一點、看遠一點、看開心一點。這是智慧老人五年前對某人的閒談,但間接的旁聽者卻視之為哲理明言,一生受用。
My daughter is already 4 and a half years old. I didn't have any luxury gift to her so far but just created some life difficulties for her to suffer. But it is a good training for her and me to choose living in a healthier and happier life. No one promises life is easy and forever. Every day, everywhere, we might meet some nonsense people and things which are totally out of any idea. However, we need to respect their choice of being nonsense. Just take it easy and forgive it since we are only normal persons and living in normal life once. It is the casual talk of an elderly 5 years ago but it is so wise and true as a life survivor.
